Terms and Conditions
1. Rates are in pre-paid in Thai Baht and exclusive all applicable Fuel Surcharges, Value Added Taxes (VAT).
2.Rates are excluded customs formal entry at destination countries if required and excluded IMPORT DUTY & TAX.
3.Fuel Surcharge will be applied on total freight charge, please check to our Customer Services Agent. Tel:021266996
4.Extended area surcharge may apply depending on destination country.
5.All shipments are charged by actual weight or volumetric whichever the greater ( Volumetric = [ W x L X H (cm)] / 5,000 = Kilogram )
6.Beyond Cargo has reserved the right to change rates without prior notice.
7.Transit Times are given in working days and based on the major city of destination countries only. For peak season and Covid-19 will take longer than usual transit time.
8.Transit Times are indicative for document and low-value of non-document shipments.
9.Transit Times are not including customs hold or any special import clearance which is required by consignee.
10.The exact transit time may differ from the standard depending on the pick up and / or delivery area.
11.The declared value of shipment to the United States shall not exceed USD 5,000 (in the case of credit account customers), or USD 2,500 (in the case of Non-credit account customers).
12.Shipments up to 20kg are calculated in 0.5kg increments, weight in decimal kg will be rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg.
13.Shipments over 20kg are calculated in 1kg increments, weight in decimal kg will be rounded up to the nearest kg.
